Volleyball Association of Thailand has ordered measures to organize beach volleyball competitions in hot weather to prevent dangers that may occur to athletes during the competition

Mr. Somporn Chaibangyang, President of the Volleyball Association of Thailand has issued an order to determine measures for beach volleyball competition in hot weather Which has the risk of heat stroke or heat stroke (Heat Stroke) as a preventive measure for potential dangers By requiring the controller of every beach volleyball match to comply as follows

1. Check the temperature before the race. and strictly during the competition at all times
2. If the temperature is between 35-38 degrees Celsius, watch out and observe the athlete’s condition.
3. If the temperature is 38 degrees Celsius or more Athletes are allowed to drink water during the transition, but without delay.
4. If the temperature is 40 degrees Celsius or more 1 extra time-out per team per set, not more than 30 seconds per time allowed.
5. If the temperature exceeds 42 °C, it is at the discretion of coordination. to request immediate consultation and advice from the beach volleyball committee chairman
