The board of directors of an agri-nutrition company decided to distribute 30% cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2023.
The company said in a statement to Tadawul Saudi Arabia today, Monday, that the total amount distributed is 1.428 billion and the number of shares due for dividends is approximately 476.035 million shares. The share per share of the distribution is 3 riyals.
She clarified that the eligibility date for the distribution is Sunday, corresponding to July 16, 2023 AD, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own shares on the due day and are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the distribution date is Monday, July 31, 2023.
The company urged its shareholders to quickly update their data and make sure that their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to ensure that their profits are deposited in their accounts with banks on the day of distribution, and that all certificates they hold – if any – be deposited in their investment portfolios by handing them over to the Securities Depository Center Company (SDC). deposit center).
