Vienna (OTS) – In connection with the reporting of the Peter-Pilz medium “ZackZack”, the publication of confidential details from investigation files of the judiciary has repeatedly been shown.
In addition to the proliferation of irrelevant details and a negative contextualization of the editorial team, this also compromises the independent judiciary.
It must once more be clearly stated that no investigations are being carried out once morest Karl Mahrer.
The aim of these actions should only be to create a negative public mood from illegally published text messages and the interpretation of confidential judicial files. In this context, the main question is whether the publication of confidential details from investigation files should go unpunished. After a culture of denigrating and publicly damaging things has increasingly established itself through media such as “ZackZack”, new relevant norms must be discussed here.
