The Egyptian artist, Sabri Fawaz, confirmed that he received the success of his latest series, “We Have a Date”, praising the good response that the series generated among viewers, and the positive reactions to the work.

Fawaz told 24: “The audience is waiting for series of quality and we have a date, which presents a social drama that discusses family issues in a new spirit, and the reasons for the success of the series are many, including the presence of a good script, and a director who knows how to tell his story? And a good team of actors, decor, photography, make-up and hairdresser, All the elements worked hard, in addition to the great support of the United Company and producer Ibrahim Hammouda, and their dedication to work to show the series in the best way.


The Egyptian artist added, “The happy ending in the series and between us is a date that was suitable for work and storytelling, and I do not prefer a certain type of ending, as some works need a happy ending, others are suitable for an open end, and others need a sad ending, as the narration determines the shape of the end of the work.” that suits him.”

And he continued, “Some believe that absolute heroism has delayed me, but, praise be to God, everything is too early. I enjoy what I do all the time, and I am always keen to play good roles.”

The Egyptian artist indicated that he communicates with his fans on social networking sites if necessary.

He explained that his last comment on “Social Media” was to respond to a lawyer who announced his intention to file a complaint against the “Balto” series, due to insulting a country from one of the Egyptian governorates.

And the Egyptian artist noted that he emphasized that the story is fiction and the country mentioned in the series “Balto” is fiction, and the makers of the work indicated in the sequence that the series is inspired by imagination, and has nothing to do with reality, continuing, “The matter ended after the lawyer contacted me and did not submit a report.” .

Fawaz stressed that we should not seize and limit the arts, as this is not beneficial for either art or society.
