The group Simple Plan, Bryan Adams, Charlotte Cardin and Avril Lavigne will be among the headliners of the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu hot air balloon festival next summer.
The organization unveiled its program at the end of the day on Wednesday for the seven days of the festival which will be held from August 9 to 11 and 15 to 18.
These are the singers from the first cohort of Star Académie who will open the festival on Friday August 9, with the show “And it’s not finished”, followed by Bryan Adams on Saturday and Matt Lang on Sunday.
The following weekend, Simple Plan will perform on Thursday August 15, Charlotte Cardin on the 16th, Avril Lavigne on the 17th and Ludovick Bourgeois will close the festivities with his show orchestrated around the BB repertoire.

In addition, comedian Mathieu Dufour will resume his role as festival spokesperson.

Furthermore, the festival has joined forces with Loto-Québec, which becomes the official presenter of the event for the next three editions.
