Salah convinces his Liverpool teammate to change his strange habit before matches

England – Alexis McAllister, the Liverpool and Argentina national team player, revealed a conversation he had with the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, which was the reason behind convincing him to abandon a habit he maintained before moving to Anfield.

McAllister said in statements to Liverpool’s official website that he received a message from Salah immediately after joining the Reds, which was a major reason for a major change in the nature of his choice of clothing before conducting warm-up exercises at Anfield.

McAllister added: “When I was at Brighton, I used to wear long trousers instead of the shorts of the team uniform during the warm-up, and then I came to Anfield and did the same behavior that I was used to.”

The Argentine player continued: “I remember before Liverpool’s match against Sheffield United, we went out to warm up, and I was wearing a hat and long pants, but Mohamed Salah, as soon as he saw me like this, came to me and said: (What are you doing? Why are you wearing this?).”

McAllister concluded: “Since that day, I have never worn pants (during the warm-up) again, just because of Mo.”

It is noteworthy that Alexis McAllister, who helped Argentina win the 2022 World Cup, moved to Liverpool last summer in a huge deal worth 70 million euros, and contributed by scoring 5 goals and making 6 assists during the 34 matches he played with the Reds this season.
