“Because of a lot of pain in my body and health issues, I somehow developed this weird meditation that I continue to develop,” the star explained, referring to problems with her neck, hips, and ankles. You just sit there and don’t think about anything, it actually feels like the energy is moving and dancing inside of you.”
When asked if she follows a certain routine or uses meditation apps such as Calm or Headspace, Salma said that she does not follow a certain routine and that it is all her own creation, according to the newspaper. Somerset Leaf.

Salma adds, “If you are sitting.. feel the vibration of the music on the floor.. let it touch you. Let it interact with the vibration of your body. If you need to move, move.. run where you are, but without anyone watching you, close your eyes until you enter your inner world.” And you don’t have any external stimulation.”
However, Salma admits that this will not work for everyone. “You have to celebrate your uniqueness and your uniqueness changes every day, every second… At the end of the day, it’s about spending time with yourself and enjoying your own company.”
