According to prosecutor Karin Sperling’s indictment, on October 20, 2023, the cook kicked a kitchen assistant twice during an argument in the hallway of the commercial kitchen of an accommodation facility; The defendant then grabbed a 32 cm long kitchen knife and used it to make stabbing movements twice once morest the colleague’s face. Initially, the defendant merely admitted to a dangerous threat – but ultimately she confessed to attempted bodily harm in accordance with Section 84 of the Criminal Code. The verdict that has already become final: 14 months of conditional imprisonment. The victim was also awarded 1,500 euros in partial compensation.
