The South Korean brand Samsung, without noise or pathos, announced an updated version of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite tablet, writes Gizmochina. It will be the successor to the 2022 model. The original S6 Lite was released in 2020.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) has a 10.6-inch screen, already familiar from its predecessors, surrounded by thick frames. The display offers a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels. It is compatible with the S-Pen electronic pen.
The device retains the same design on the back side. There is an 8 MP camera on the back and a 5 MP camera on the front. The tablet comes with dual speakers tuned by AKG. There is support for Dolby Atmos.
Under the hood is an octa-core processor with cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and 2 GHz. This is likely the Exynos 1280. The tablet is still offered with 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB and 128GB of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for additional storage.
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) is powered by a 7,040mAh battery that is claimed to offer up to 14 hours of battery life. In terms of software, the device runs OneUI 6.1 based on modern Android 14 OS out of the box.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) is offered in both Wi-Fi and LTE versions. It is available in grey, mint and pink. Price and availability have not yet been disclosed.
Earlier, there was a quiet announcement of the monster of autonomy Samsung Galaxy M15 5G. Even flagships do not have such a battery.
