The Samsung Galaxy S22 series was officially presented at an online presentation just a few months ago. In addition to four standard colors, the company also presented four other color combinations, which are reserved exclusively for the Samsung online shop. As of today there is another color for the Galaxy S22.

The color variant released today is called Bora Purple and is only available for the standard model of the Samsung Galaxy S22 in Germany. The name Bora Purple has been popping up a number of times over the past few weeks. The ones that have not yet been officially presented Galaxy Buds2 Pro should be available in the same color. These will be on the Unpacked-Event expected on August 10 at 3 p.m. German time.

From a purely visual point of view, the color is impressive, but at the same time it is very difficult to capture in photos or press images. The combination of a matt glass back and a shiny aluminum frame makes the new purple version look simple and modern. Samsung has already followed a similar strategy with previous models. New color variants are intended to reawaken interest in the existing products. Bora Purple will only be available in Germany for the smallest model in the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. The Bora Purple is available from August 10, 2022 Samsung Online-Shop available.

That Galaxy S22 (hier im Test) has a 6.1-inch 120 Hertz AMOLED displaya Exynos 2100 processora Triple-Kamera-Setup on the back and a basic punch-hole camera for taking photos. Next to one 3.700 mAh big battery are inside at least 8GB LPDDR5 memory and 128GB flash memory installed. The recommended retail price (RRP) of the Samsung Galaxy S22 is 849 euros.
