Samsung Pass becomes available in the Microsoft Store for Windows 11 and 10; see the requirements

Samsung is increasingly integrating services into Windows, allowing users of its phones and tablets to have a seamless experience for sharing data across different platforms. This Monday (06), the South Korean company started to make Samsung Pass available in the Microsoft Storethe official Microsoft app store.

With this addition to the Microsoft Store catalog, users will be able to access their passwords stored on their Galaxy phone or tablet to log in to websites and installed apps when using a device running Windows 11 or Windows 10 (version 1903 or later), but there are some requirements that must be fulfilled. To use Samsung Pass on Windows, PC must have TPM (Trusted Platform Module) 2.0 and Windows HelloMicrosoft’s biometric authentication system, which can use fingerprint, facial recognition or iris scanning.

The Windows app will sync login information stored by Samsung Pass across Galaxy phones and tablets, allowing for faster and more secure login. The novelty coincides with the debut of the Galaxy Book 3 Pro and Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, the brand’s new high-performance notebooks with 13th generation Intel Core processors.
