Sand is transported from the coast of the Caspian Sea

A complaint received by the State Environmental Security Service regarding the transportation of sand from the coast of the Caspian Sea, Astara region, was investigated and confirmed.

About it ><Bahruz Mahammadov, an official of the State Environmental Security Service, said.

According to him, during the investigation, citizen Galib Rahmatov with “Ural” license plate 99-LU-615, Mahir Mammadov with “T-16” tractor with license plate 07 T-230, Jamal Akbarov with “Kamaz” license plate from the said area. It was determined that 13.5 m3 of sand was illegally transported by means of vehicles with license plate number 99-OK-391.

Regarding the facts, an act and a protocol were drawn up and legal measures were taken once morest the violators of the law.
