According to a newspaper report, the financial investor Roark Capital is regarding to take over the sandwich chain Subway. The owner of the fast-food chains Arby’s and Buffalo Wild Wings will put around 9.6 billion dollars (around 8.83 billion euros) on the table for Subway, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter. A deal might be finalized this week.
