Palakkad: MLA Shafi Parampil supports Malayali cricketer Sanju Samson. Shafi responded in a post on social media that what he was showing to Sanju was cruel. Sanju lost to New Zealand and Bangladesh who were talking regarding ‘tactics’. Shafi responded that this kind of neglect is cruel to cricket in the country.
India lost by five runs in the second ODI once morest Bangladesh. With the win, Bangladesh won the three-match series 2–0. Chasing the target of 272 runs set by Bangladesh, India managed to score only 266 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 50 overs. The final match of the series will be held at Chattogram on 10th.
