Taboada stated that the first point of his strategy is to dignify the work of police officers with a fair salary, training, evaluations, and provide them with a health system through a hospital, which the government of Mexico City refused to do for six years. to build.

There will be research capacity with technology, for which “it will be necessary to rehabilitate and practically remake the C5, with an intelligence unit to detect behavioral patterns, put the C5 in the hands of the SSC, so that its owner can operate the cameras and “Do not evade responsibilities.”

He added that there will be a frontal fight against organized crime, to recover the most violent territories, since there are areas where the police cannot enter, “that is renouncing the greatest responsibility we have, which is to guarantee the safety of the people.”
