On the official site the anime adaptation of »Sasaki and Miyano« was released today announcedthat a new anime project is currently in the works. A picture of the announcement can be found below.

At this time, it is unknown if the sequel will be a second season, a movie, or an OVA. The start or release date as well as details about the contributors in the production team are still pending. As usual, we will keep you up to date.
»Sasaki and Miyano« was directed by Shinji Ishihira (»EDENS ZERO«) at Studio DEEN. Yoshiko Nakamura (»Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles«) was in charge of the series composition, while Maki Fujii (»I’ve Always Liked You«) contributed to the design of the characters.
The twelve-part first season was broadcast on the streaming provider in the 2022 winter season WAKANIM shown in simulcast with Japanese voice output and German subtitles. The manga is by Shou Harusono and has been released in Japan by Media Factory since 2016.
