A first. The Moutiers animation heritage (Map) association is organizing a giant karaoke, Saturday March 9, at the Moutiers-les-Mauxfaits village hall. Romain Vrilliaux, from Rom’Animation, will be responsible for setting the atmosphere in this 400 m2 room, which can accommodate more than 200 people.
Rom’Animation offers more than 6,000 songs from the French pop repertoire, ranging from the 1960s to the present day.
It’s a first to perform a giant karaoke in such an environment. Normally, karaoke is an activity found in bars or restaurants.

The less adventurous can come and sing in duets, trios, or even in groups. The host also indicates that “the words will be broadcast on the giant screen in the room. At the same time, there will be light shows to create a reassuring environment for the participants.”
A free evening
The entertainment offered by the Map is completely free. For those wishing to eat on site, François’ Foué’d Truck will offer savory and sweet fouées. The fouée is a small ball of bread, baked and filled with rillettes, mushrooms, andouille or, for sweet versions, chocolate or caramel. The Map will, for its part, be in charge of the bar area within the village hall.
