Saudi Arabia.. “Hadith” of the Prophet Muhammad circulated amid interaction on rain and weather

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists on social media circulated videos and pictures of the mountains of the Emirate of Makkah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the vegetables that covered it after the recent wave of rain that it witnessed, which sparked an interaction.

Activists linked the video clips to a hadith transmitted on the authority of the Prophet Muhammad in the book Sahih Muslim, in which it was stated: “Qutayba bin Saeed told us, Jacob told us, and he is Ibn Abd al-Rahman, the reader, on the authority of Suhail, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: The Hour will not come until money increases and overflows Until a man comes out with the zakat of his money, and he finds no one to accept it from him, and until the land of the Arabs becomes meadows and rivers.”

The Emirate of Makkah published a video clip in a tweet on its official page on the social networking site, “Twitter”, with a comment in which it said: “Video… The mountains of Makkah are covered with vegetables after the recent rains… Photography: Abd al-Ilah al-Salami.”

In a separate tweet, the Emirate of Makkah published a video clip with a comment in which it said: “Video… the beauty of nature in Al-Leith Governorate… Photography: Hamid Al-Yazidi.”

And the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture had published a report to monitor the amounts of precipitation in the various regions of the Kingdom a few days ago, in which it said: “The Makkah region recorded (41.2) mm in the Ghumaiqa center in Al-Leith Governorate, and (19.1) mm in Mina, and in the eastern region, the Al-Sarrar center recorded. (29.9) mm in the Nairyah governorate, and (23.0) mm in the Ras Tanura governorate, while the Diriyah governorate in the Riyadh region recorded (21.0) mm in the center of Sadus, and (13.0) mm in Jubailah, and in the Madinah region, the Mahd al-Dahab governorate recorded (15.6) mm. , and Khayber Governorate (15.2) mm, while the Hail region recorded (7.8) mm in the city of Hail, and (4.7) in the village of Al-Sa’irah in Al-Shannan Governorate.

And the report, which was reported by the official Saudi Press Agency, indicated that “the quantities of water stored and discharged from the dams, where the total volume of storage behind the dams reached (662,953,627) m3, while the volume of incoming torrents amounted to (33,330,989) m3, and the volume of water discharged from the gates (- 1,239,135) m3, and the volume of consumption of technology stations amounted to (2,605,813) m3, and the total water drained and consumed was (-3,844,948) m3, while the total change in storage volume amounted to (29,486,040) m3.
