Saudi Covid Report: Relief in Saudi Arabia; New Kovid cases are declining

Riyadh: Slight decline in Kovid spread in Saudi Arabia. New covid cases are declining. Kovid confirmed 3,913 cases in the last 24 hours. Until yesterday, the number of cases was over 4,000. Of the current patients, 4,284 have recovered (Covid recoveries). The health ministry said two of the patients were dead.

The total number of Kovid cases reported so far is 6,79,384 and the number of cases is 6,30,816. The total death toll rose to 8,931. A total of 40,008 Kovid patients are being treated across the country. Of these, 878 are in critical condition. They are in the intensive care unit of various hospitals across the country. The condition of the rest is satisfactory. The country’s covid liberation rate was 92.85 percent and the death rate was 1.31 percent. 131,566 RT-PCR tests were performed within 24 hours. Riyadh – 1,301, Jeddah – 372, Dammam – 221, Hufuf – 178, Makkah – 118, Madinah – 102 and Abha – 85 were the latest cases to be reported in different parts of the country. The country has so far vaccinated 5,67,07,289 doses of the vaccine. Of these, 2,55,17,272 were the first dose, 2,36,56,978 the second dose and 75,33,039 the booster dose.
