SBB had to deal with a breakdown in ticket sales on Monday morning. It was not possible to buy them at the vending machines, via the application or on the website, a spokeswoman told Keystone-ATS. The Easyride offer, on the other hand, was not affected.
The cause of the problem is a technical failure, the spokeswoman said. The disturbance, revealed by the Blick, was lifted around 10:30 a.m.
In the meantime, tickets might be purchased directly and free of charge from the customer support agents. Employees have been informed accordingly.
