Scotland overthrew Spain; Belgium conquered Germany

Glasgow: Scotland beat Spain 2-0 in Euro football qualifier Belgium defeated Germany 3-2 in an international friendly match.

Scott McTominay’s brace gave Scotland their first win once morest Spain in 39 years. The previous victory was in 1984 in the World Cup qualifiers. Spain’s surprise defeat came following a 19-game unbeaten run in Euro qualifying. With this win, Scotland top Group A with 6 points.
