Search continues for missing tourist in Tikal

The search for the American tourist, Raymond Vincent Ashcraft, who disappeared more than a month ago in the Tikal National Park, located in the department of Petén, Guatemala, continues by the authorities.

This Monday it was confirmed that the Public Ministry (MP) issued a note addressed to the personnel in charge of the tourist site, in which it requested that the work for its location and rescue be maintained indefinitely.

Faced with such a request, a surveillance commission leaves daily to carry out the necessary patrols to find the whereregardings of the foreigner. On some occasions, agents of the National Civil Police and military elements are added.
