Searching for stamps with a strange girl, the husband has a serious disease and immediately blames his wife for adultery

Mr. Nghi and Mrs. Duyen are both nearly 40 years old, married for more than 10 years and have 2 children, a boy and a girl. Their life went smoothly until one day, suddenly, both of them were itchy, uncomfortable and had a discharge of pus.

Due to their knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases, Mr. Nghi and his wife both thought that perhaps they had some disease or were infected with each other, leading to infection. So, both of them went to the hospital for a checkup.

Here, after examining and doing tests, the doctor diagnosed Mr. Nghi and his wife with gonorrhea, possibly caused by unsafe sex. Hearing this news, Mr. Nghi immediately scolded his wife for eating and blamed his wife for having an extramarital relationship.

Doctor Dao Huu Ghi, Head of Men’s Diseases Department, National Hospital of Dermatology, said that before that situation, the doctor separated the two people for separate examination according to regulations, both to find out and explain the cause. , both to preserve the family happiness for the patient.

Mr. Nghi affirmed that only when having sex with his wife, he does not use condoms, and when having sex outside, he always uses this “treasure”. (Illustration)

In a private room, the husband shared the reason for blaming his wife: “I only use a condom when I have sex with my wife, and when I have sex with other people, I use a condom very carefully to protect from illness, avoid consequences”.

When the doctor asked when was the last time he had sex outside, Mr. Nghi said that when he was working in a remote province, he was introduced and had sex with a strange girl. “That time I was 100% sure that I was wearing a condom. Only in the warm-up phase, the girl used her mouth to stimulate me, so I didn’t use it,” Nghi said.

From the patient’s share, Dr. Ghi said this is what many people mistakenly think, most of them think that just wearing a condom when having sex is safe, but that’s not the case. Oral sex without condoms still carries the risk of sexually transmitted diseases, including gonorrhea.

In fact, among patients with gonorrhea who come to the doctor, up to 70% of the source of infection comes from oral sex. With this couple’s case, the doctors then explained and advised on the right treatment direction, without the need for inpatient stay.

Dr. Ghi said that sexually transmitted diseases can be contracted by people of all ages, including those who are knowledgeable. According to Dr. Ghi, out of nearly 3,400 patients who come to the clinic for sexual diseases in 2022, more than 30% are medical professionals, followed by business people with 24%, and students with more than 20%.

Sadly, when it comes to sexually transmitted diseases, about 50% of patients self-treat, until it’s not effective to go to the doctor. With gonorrhea, the condition of purulent discharge, urethritis is very haunting for the patient.

Sharing about this issue, Dr. Phan Chi Thanh – National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology said that not only gonorrhea but also many other sexually transmitted diseases if having unprotected sex. Currently, condoms are still the recommended method to use to prevent pregnancy and prevent sexually transmitted diseases. However, condoms do not protect 100% of diseases.

“In fact, condoms only cover 1% of the body, the remaining 99% can come into contact with each other. There are many diseases such as gonorrhea, genital warts, syphilis… can be transmitted through hand contact, oral sex. Therefore, in order to prevent disease in addition to using protective measures, it is very important to be monogamous (or one partner),” emphasized Dr. Thanh.
