Sebastián Villa, charged in the case of sexual abuse

Sebastián Villa, Colombian soccer player of Boca Juniors, was formally charged in the case that investigates him for alleged sexual abuse of a young Argentine woman, with identity reserved for security reasons, in June of last year.

For his part, the woman’s lawyer, Roberto Castillo, said in dialogue with Urbana Play that the Colombian “He is in a position to be called to make an investigative statement. Due to the expectation of punishment and the procedural risk that exists, I consider that It would not be unreasonable to think that a preventive detention would be issued”.
