And she emphasized blocking access to websites and pages that contain prohibited content from Internet service providers in the UAE, including: bypassing the blocking system and accessing blocked content, pornography, nudity and vice, fraud and electronic phishing, insult, slander and defamation, violation of privacy, abuse of the state and breach of order. public support, criminal business and skills, drugs, illegal medical and medication practices, infringement of intellectual property rights, discrimination, racism and blasphemy, viruses and malware, promotion or trafficking of prohibited goods and services, illegal communication services, gambling, terrorism, prohibited gTLDs, and activities Violation of the law, by order of the judicial authorities or by law.

The Communications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority implements the Internet Access Management Policy, in coordination with the Media Regulatory Office and licensed Internet service providers in the country, Etisalat and Du. The policy consists of frameworks and specific categories that Internet service providers must take into account. To ensure its security and protect end users from harmful websites.

The Authority monitors electronic content available to users in the UAE, and notifies website operators of any potential violations of the Internet Access Management (IAM) policy.
