In countries like Costa Rica, Horses were also immunized with COVID-19 proteins to induce their immune system to produce specific antibodies. The government of that country reported that the plasma is 100 times more powerful than that obtained from human beings.

But they will not be able to receive it if they first received convalescent plasma, ”Farizano explained.

And he added: “The patient is given two doses of 3 to 5 milliliters each 48 hours apart. The main effect of the therapy is to decrease the inflammation of the lungs. This means that they are not referred to intensive therapy with mechanical ventilation ”.
