Meta Verified is the paid verified profile badge created by Meta for its social networks Instagram and Facebook. The novelty had already been implemented previously in other countries such as the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, New Zealand and India. This movement was similar to that of Twitter, which decided to define the verified profile seal as an exclusive benefit of Twitter Blue.
According to Meta, the new Meta Verified badge will help content creators grow their online presence and build a community of followers faster. It is important to mention that the value of BRL 55 charged monthly for the seal is only for one application, that is, if you want to have Meta Verified on Instagram and Facebook, you will have to spend BRL 110.
