If there is a video game that every Brazilian has played, it is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Launched in 2004, it justified the purchase of thousands of Playstation 2s here in Brazil and was successful in all Lan Houses. However, one aspect that gives away the game’s age is the graphics, and although San Andreas is an extremely detailed game, the textures were already dated by the time it was released.
19 years after its launch, GTA San Andreas maintains a legion of fans and has an active community of YouTubers and Speed Runners daily creating content for the game, with millions of views.
A user of the Facebook group Midjourney Brasil (artificial intelligence) recreated the faces of several game characters using AI. The result was surprising, check it out:

This is probably the best recreation of CJ we’ve ever seen. The artificial intelligence corrected some details (like the thin chin and small eyes) but kept the character’s recognizable appearance.
Despite his raspy voice, Big Smoke isn’t much older than the other characters in the game (less than 30 years old), and the AI has been pretty generous with the character’s appearance. As for Ryder, we have rapper Eazy-E, the character’s original inspiration.
Cesar Vialpando and Wu Zi Mu were much more menacing in their hyper realistic versions.
The Truth was perfect. Police officer Frank Tempenny gained a few extra pounds and lost the features of Samuel Jackson, dubbed and inspiration for the character.
