Spain’s Pro Audio Market Shifts as SeeSound Secures Allen & Heath Catalog
SeeSound has expanded its professional audio distribution catalog in Spain by welcoming British mixing console manufacturer Allen & Heath. The strategic partnership brings a half-century of mixing architecture and live sound engineering directly into SeeSound’s portfolio, backed by the appointment of a dedicated product manager to oversee the Spanish market rollout.
Handshake Deal Unites British Engineering Lineage with Iberian Reach
The distribution deal pairs SeeSound’s market reach in Spain with Allen & Heath’s extensive engineering lineage. Founded in 1969, the British manufacturer has spent over five decades building specialized mixing ecosystems for live performance, permanent installations, broadcast facilities, and professional AV production.
The partnership was officially sealed through a handshake between Spyros Pappas, EMEA Sales Manager for Allen & Heath, and Nacho Alberdi, CEO of SeeSound, underscoring a mutual commitment to scaling the brand’s footprint across the Spanish market.
Òscar Camí Steps In to Lead Technical Rollout and Commercial Deployment
To spearhead this growth, SeeSound appointed Òscar Camí as the dedicated Product Manager for Allen & Heath in Spain.
Camí brings technical experience rooted in live sound and theatrical productions, having participated in the technical management of large-scale tours and shows. His background is expected to bolster the technical support and commercial deployment channels that SeeSound extends to clients.
Deploying dLive, Avantis, SQ, and Qu Hardware Across Four Distinct Tiers
The newly expanded catalog introduces several distinct hardware tiers:
- dLive Series: Designed for large productions and international tours.
- Avantis Series: Destined for high-performance applications.
- SQ Series: Developed for live, installation, and broadcast.
- Qu Series: Widely deployed in events, houses of worship, educational facilities, and audiovisual installations.
Ecosystem Expansion
Complementing the core mixing surfaces, the distribution agreement encompasses Allen & Heath’s AHM audio matrix processors, dedicated control surfaces, stageboxes, and expansion solutions.
This ecosystem allows for the configuration of systems adapted to fixed architectural spaces or live productions.
