Series: channels amplify partnerships with Netflix and others

Fiction is, as we know, at the heart of the fight between channels and global platforms like Netflix or Amazon Prime. However, partnerships and co-productions between these two ecosystems are multiplying. The reasons? The overall content investments of the streaming giants are leveling off. They are more selective but still need “local” series to satisfy the public and fulfill their funding obligations as in France. Co-producing with channels therefore allows them to tick several boxes at the same time.
