Are available on level 85+ enemies. Are available anywhere you can find a Unique item and are always 820 power. There are currently 6 of them. These are Condemned, The Grandfather, Ring of Starless Sky, Face of Andarielle, Harlequin Crest, and Molten Heart of Selig, visible below. Are very rare.
