Passau – After allegedly several shots in Passau, Lower Bavaria, the police arrested a man on Thursday, according to a spokesman. The spokesman initially gave no information regarding possible injuries. The emergency services had cordoned off the area beforehand. Residents have been asked to stay in their homes.
