The weather will be calm under partly cloudy to clear skies tonight in most areas. The IRM still expects a risk of formation of freezing fog temporarily in the west but these should not last all night. The minimum temperatures will plunge once more with values between -4 degrees in Lower Belgium and -10 degrees in Upper Belgium, even locally lower in certain Ardennes basins, according to the midday bulletin from the IRM. Sunday, the day will start under the sun before a gradual increase in cloudiness with, at the end of the day, precipitation that can temporarily be freezing. The maxima will oscillate from -2 to +3 degrees at the end of the day.
Severe frost again expected next night
