Severe thunderstorm and tornado watch in several regions

A tornado watch was issued by Environment Canada for several areas of the province on Saturday.

Beauce, Estrie, Bois-Francs, Mauricie and Capitale-Nationale are sectors at risk.

Conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms that might produce tornadoes this followingnoon. Strong winds, large hail and heavy rain are also possible.

– Temiscouata

– Richelieu Valley – Saint-Hyacinthe

– Vaudreuil – Soulanges – Huntingdon

Tornado:

– Drummondville – Bois-Francs
