As the minutes passed, he noticed that his tongue “was quite swollen” and his airways “began to close completely” and it was difficult for him to breathe and speak.

Her friends decided to take her to the hospital and, at first, doctors diagnosed that Caitlin had a severe allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis.

To treat the health problem, doctors decided to inject him with adrenaline and steroids, but his health condition did not improve. Her tongue even turned black and doctors considered amputating it.

On the other hand, there was an anesthetist who stated that he did not know what it was, but considered that it might be “Ludwin’s angina.”
