Power cables fell on the street
As early as Tuesday evening, the area in the Outer and Inner Wasteland was badly affected by storms. A large branch fell on the power line over Millstätter Straße (B98). This was eliminated by the FF Winklern Einöde. At the same time, a larger tree fell across Millstätter Straße (B98) in the immediate vicinity. This was removed from the FF Winklern Einöde and the landowner.
In Buchholz, several trees fell onto Buchholzer Straße (L45a) and blocked it. The trees were removed from the FF meeting. A tree fell on a parked car in a company parking lot, severely damaging it. A tree also fell on one of the company’s warehouses, damaging it. At around 6:00 p.m. in the gorge, two power cables ripped from the KELAG Kärnten transformer there, fell onto Millstätter Strasse (B98) and got stuck there.
