SFR starts again. The operator, which is not at its first attempt, is once again trying to increase the price of fixed Internet packages. SFR Box customers have received a letter or e-mail from SFR in recent days announcing an evolution of their Internet offer, reports PhoneAndroid. A profitable development, of course.
A letter similar to that of August 2021
The reason given is the same as in August 2021: “Your uses and needs are changing and we want you to be able to enjoy your Box even more. This is why SFR automatically increases your bill by three euros! And in return? You have the option of making as many calls to mobiles in Europe as you wish (within the limit of 250 different correspondents and three hours per call).“The words have not even been changed, as our colleagues point out.
The offer is similar to that proposed last year, namely an increase in the flat rate of three euros to benefit from unlimited and free calls to mobiles in Europe. Once again, if you do not react, the subscription will be done automatically. Customers who do not wish to benefit from this new offer are invited by SFR to report this via a form on the operator’s website. This process must be completed before May 31, 2022.
