The positive tie was settled, with a score of 1-1, against Shabab Al-Ahly and Foolad Al-Irany, in the second round matches of the third group of the group stage of the AFC Champions League, which was held on Sunday evening, at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
With this result, each team raised its score to two points, after the first round, which was held last Thursday, saw Foulad tied with Al-Gharafa of Qatar, and Shabab Al-Ahly with Ahal Al-Turkmani, 1-1.
The matches of the third round of the group competitions will be held next Thursday, where Shabab Al-Ahly will meet Al-Gharafa of Qatar, and Foolad Al-Irany will meet Ahal Al-Turkmani.
