After he was arrested during a cruise ship raid and imprisoned and investigated, the Indian authorities issued a new decision in the lawsuit against Aryan, the son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
Following the accusation of drug use, the Drug Enforcement Office announced Friday that it had dropped the lawsuit against Aryan Khan, 24, and five others due to “insufficient evidence”, while charges are still being brought against 14 others.
And the Archyde.com news agency quoted the lawyer of the son of the famous Bollywood star as confirming that the detention of his client after the raid on the cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai last October was unjustified because he did not violate any law.
Khan was released after paying bail and remaining in custody for 26 days, following his arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau of India in connection with a raid on a cruise ship and they arrested the participants in a drug party that included banned drugs such as hashish, cocaine and MD imported from abroad for the party.
Indian newspapers and social networking sites were buzzing with the news of Ibn Shah Rukh Khan’s innocence, and the comments were divided between those who considered the innocence a natural result of him being the son of Sarun, and therefore he is supported and nothing worries him.
On the other hand, many followers defended him on the grounds that the issue took more than its size only because he is the son of a well-known artist, but what everyone agreed on was that the artist’s reputation had fallen to rock bottom due to his son’s shameful behavior.
