“Miner” confidently beat “Movement” in the match of the 23rd round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL). The match at Arena Lviv ended with a score of 3:1.
The Donetsk club started the meeting with two quick balls – they scored a double Artem Bondarenko, scoring in the 8th and 16th minutes. Assisted him both times Oleksandr Zubkov.
In the 36th minute, Lviv managed to reduce the deficit with the efforts of the Brazilian Talles. Ilya Kvasnytsia added the assist to his asset.
However, the “yellow and black” could not save themselves from defeat. And Marino Pushych’s team removed the question about the winner in the second half by scoring the third goal. In the 76th minute, Zubkov successfully played on the finishing line, adding a goal to two assists.

Thanks to this victory, “Shakhtar” (49 points) became the sole leader of the UPL. The Donetsk team is now three points ahead of Kryvbas, and they also have a game in hand. “Movement” (39 points) ranks fifth.
In the next round, “Shakhtar” will play against “Vorskla” on April 14. A day earlier, “Rukh” competes with “Kryvbas”.
