Shakira and Gerard Piqué appeared this Thursday at a court in Madrid to finalize details in the custody agreement for their two children.
Through a statement, the soccer player announced an agreement in which he guaranteed “the well-being” of his children, Milan and Sasha.
As reported in local media, the signed agreement would be the same as the one discussed on November 8, which established that Shakira could take the children to the United States.
Shakira arrived dressed in sober colors, her straight hair and dark glasses, while she was protected by a group of bodyguards. She entered through a back door.
For his part, Piqué was accompanied by his lawyers and entered through the main entrance. The soccer player dressed relaxed with wide clothes and a cap.

Both refused to speak to the media, but it transpired that in the controversial agreement there is no clause indicating that Piqué will not be able to travel to Miami or even reside there with his current partner, Clara Chía.
In this case, “there are no winners or losers,” said Pilar Mañé, Shakira’s lawyer, while expressing discomfort at the siege of the press.
