Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan opened a school in Al Azra, Sharjah. Sharjah Bhavan’s Pearl Wisdom School was inaugurated on Monday. Chairman NK Ramachandra Menon said that he was happy to start the school in Sharjah. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan has one campus in Dubai and 3 campuses in Abu Dhabi.
Apart from Sharjah, the management also informed that the children will be provided with travel facilities from other emirates including Dubai, Umm Al Quwain and Ajman. In Sharjah, study is allowed for four days a week. Therefore, the management explained that the school is putting forward a curriculum in which interested children come to school for entertainment and knowledge programs on Fridays.
The school management including Vice Chairman CA Suraj Ramachandran, Director CA Divya Rajesh Ramachandran, Principal Indu Panicker and staff attended the inauguration ceremony. In the academic year 2023-2024, admission is open to students from Pre-KG to Grade 8. This campus can accommodate 1100 children.
