SHARJAH, 30th May / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Executive Council, chaired this morning, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council. For the Emirate held in the office of His Highness the Ruler.
The meeting discussed a set of topics on its agenda, related to the progress of government work in the emirate, plans to develop government services, and the implementation of various development and national projects and initiatives that achieve strategic goals.
And the Council issued Resolution No. (15) of 2023 regarding the appointment of a director for the Municipality of Al Dhaid, and stipulated that His Excellency Hamad Rashid Mohammed bin Masoud Al Tunaiji be appointed as Director of the Municipality of Al Dhaid, with the rank of Director on the Special Employment System in the Government of Sharjah.
The Council approved a draft law regulating the Department of Social Services in the Emirate of Sharjah, and directed it to be submitted to the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah to complete its legislative session.
The Council also discussed a number of issues related to providing institutions with more services, and providing incentives to investors and entrepreneurs, which enhances effective partnership between the government and private sectors.
