Sharjah Safari Park, which was closed during the hot summer, has reopened as the heat subsides. This season the safari park is waiting for the visitors with many new sights. Animals and birds that were not there last season can be seen in the park this time.
Sharjah Safari has been prepared in the middle of the desert with the aim of having another Africa outside of Africa. The park was opened last year. Officials said that there are more than 50,000 species of 12 species here. 120 species of African animals including endangered species can be seen. The park is closed during summer for safety reasons.
