Back in paradise. Between palm trees, sand and sea there are a few surprises in the new season of “Welcome to the Reimanns” (from Sunday, 8:15 p.m. on Kabel Eins). In the first episode, there is a big family reunion. Daughter Janina, husband Coleman and son Charlie are visiting Konny and Manu Reimann. Son Jason also flies to his parents in Hawaii. Konny has his son and son-in-law ready for a special challenge: throwing knives. The winner gets to choose which trip they go on. Konny wins and that means swimming with four meter long Galapagos sharks. Without a protective cage, in the middle of open water, with dozens of sharks. Even adrenaline junkie Konny doesn’t leave the experience cold: “It’s a world of difference than diving with a cage. The feeling is completely different. Especially when you’re in a horde of sharks like that.” Contrasting program with Manu and Janina: they prefer to dance the hula, the traditional dance in Hawaii.

Much calmer, but more strenuous waters await in the new episodes at home in the garden. Because Konny is screwing, sawing and digging once more tirelessly to make her paradise on Hawaii even more paradisiacal. In particular, his mammoth project, a 50 square meter pool including terrace and pool house, wants to be completed and the leaking roof patched before the two emigrants return to Germany following a long time…

“Welcome to the Reimanns” from September 25, 2022 every Sunday at 8:15 p.m. on Kabel Eins and Joyn.
