Beni Suef – Hamdi Suleiman:
A secondary school principal and a teacher in Beni Suef were referred to the Disciplinary Court, for the first tore the second’s clothes and exposed part of her body, following she had been slapped.
In its investigations, the Administrative Prosecution concluded by referring AAS, an expert teacher at an agricultural secondary school in Beni Suef, and RAM, the school’s principal, to the Disciplinary Court in Case No. 131 of 2020.
Investigations confirmed that the teacher slandered the school principal with abusive terms, and assaulted him by slapping him in the face at the school headquarters. As a result, the principal tried to hit the teacher and grabbed her forcefully, which led to tearing her clothes and revealing her body, so they were referred to the Disciplinary Court.
