Since I first partnered with them in 1994, I’ve seen firsthand how mentorship can transform lives and create a positive ripple effect on society.It’s our collective duty to support our youth and ensure they have a chance to thrive.”

Could you share some highlights from your recent visit to Doha for the Mentor Arabia gala dinner?

“It was a deeply inspiring evening. I had the honor of addressing both Queen of Qatar, Her Highness Sheikha Moza, and discussing the importance of youth empowerment. The auction held that night raised significant funds for mentor Arabia, demonstrating the collective commitment to supporting young people in the region. I’m grateful for the chance to witness the incredible work they do.”

Mentor Arabia plays a crucial role in combating challenges like drug abuse, violence, and social exclusion among youth. How do you think mentorship programs can address these issues?

“Mentorship provides young people with a trusted adult to guide, encourage, and advocate for them. By fostering a supportive environment, mentors can definitely help mentees develop resilience, academic success, and essential life skills. Moreover, mentorship can definitely help combat feelings of isolation and disconnection, which frequently enough underlie issues like drug abuse and violence.”
