JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The band Sheila on 7 cancels their appearance at the event Pestapora 2022.
Duta and friends were previously rumored to be a surprise performer prepared by Pestapora on the second day, Saturday (24/9/2022).
The audience, especially Sheilagank, had been waiting for their idol to appear on the Pestapora stage.
Hundreds of people were even reluctant to go home after D’MASIV’s performance which ended at the Pestapora Stage.

Hope for Sheila on 7 to go on stage was ignited when the background screen was turned on again.
However, the organizers only wrote a message for the audience to go home because there was no other performance after D’MASIV.
“Tomorrow again,” the text on the background screen reads.
Meanwhile, some of Sheilagank even sing their idol songs while hoping they will come on stage.

Songs like “Sephia” to “Lapang Dada” are sung together to entertain themselves.
The Pestapora itself previously announced via its official Instagram account regarding the appearance of Sheila on 7.
In its announcement, Pestapora said that Sheila on 7 was not available this year.
“For those of you who ask, we would like to inform you that Sheila on 7 will not appear at Pestapora this year. Next year we will try again” wrote Pestapora quoted by Kompas.com from his Instagram account.
Exactly at 00.00 WIB, the Pestapora committee finally intervened to disperse the audience who remained faithfully waiting in front of the Pestapora stage.
