While Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala”, the captain of Zamalek, seemed optimistic, saying during the same session: “We will win the league and the cup, we must resolve matters in the Alexandrian Federation match.”

Zamalek leads the Egyptian league table with 75 points, behind Pyramids 68 points, and Al-Ahly 64 points, 3 rounds before the end of the competition.
