Amazon has decided to seize the Council of State to attack a measure aimed at increasing shipping costs for the purchase of books. The government has indeed decided to establish a minimum delivery rate in order to support bookstores against the giants of online sales. The measure was announced last April and is due to come into force in October. The decree sets at 3 euros minimum the amount of shipping costs for orders of books below 35 euros.
